Hotel Casa De La Vega - Bogota

The noise from the busy street can be quite bothersome for light sleepers. Breakfast leaves much to be desired, with only a few fruits, eggs al gusto, and a limited number of toasts, which requires effort to order more. The historic building has doors that don't close properly, contributing to a sense of insecurity, especially with the initial room lacking windows.

Booked a room with GREAT views of the mountains. The location was stunning and favourable, just next door to major museums and La Candelaria.

The hotel had an amazing location close to a huge la Candelaria library.

The breakfast? Fresh juice, eggs made just right, and that cozy courtyard vibe was real. Alfredo and the gang at reception were super chill, always ready with a taxi or tips on hotspots. Clean room, too, and real close to all the cool sights. Just wish the street noise wasn't a thing at night.

We had a really nice stay for 11 nights.

The breakfast was really tasty, the staff was amicable, the grounds were fairly clean. The breakfast offered a wide array of exceptional meals. Our room was large with bath and bath facilities, excellent value for money. The hotel had a magnificent location few metres away from Chorro de Quevedo Square. There was a nice restaurant, supermarkets and shops next door.

Everything was beautiful, clean hotel, particularly good and incredible location for everything in La Candelaria. The room with private bathroom was excellent value for money. Location: the property was just next door to historic and lively Bogota and the Ministry and main sites.

The room provided a rustic charm with clean wooden floors and a surprisingly spacious washroom. An upgrade to the suite was unexpected and greatly appreciated. Although the wooden floorboards did make some noise, the overall ambiance was pleasant enough to enjoy the simple yet delicious breakfast offered each morning.

It was just a fine choice for a relaxing holiday in Bogota with decent value for money. The cozy courtyard was great. Be sure to ask the staff for local restaurant recommendations.
